The Owner Portal is organized into categories that reflect Florida condominium association record-keeping requirements. Certain documents are designated for unit owner access only and will require login credentials once the portal is fully activated.
Meeting notices and agendas are posted at least 14 days before scheduled meetings. Approved minutes and related materials are posted after approval by the Board. Financial documents are updated as they become available throughout the year.
